After 5 years of decorating sugar cookies for my own children’s birthday parties and events, Sweet Home Cookie Co. was born in January of 2018. I had been told over and over throughout the years that I should sell my cookies but had always replied, “No! Then it would feel like work!”

Sweet Home Cookie Co. operates as a Texas Cottage Food Law home bakery. (www.texascottagefoodlaw.com) I keep a current food handler’s license and a meticulously clean kitchen and cookie instruments.
My cookies contain: flour, salt, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla and butter flavorings.
My royal icing contains: powdered sugar, meringue powder, cream of tartar, corn syrup and vanilla flavoring.
I do store nuts in my home.
